Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then arrive within 3-7 business days. Free standard shipping on every US order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status in your account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and lip products cannot be returned. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email support@everessentials.store within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
Products
Are your products tested on animals?
No. We do not test on animals.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. If you have known allergies or very sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test on the inner forearm before full use.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, most products are best used within 12 months.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and save your details for next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
