Shipping

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum required.

  • Where we ship: All 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
  • Processing: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays).
  • Delivery: 3-7 business days standard.
  • Tracking: Sent via email as soon as your order ships.

If your package has not arrived within 14 business days, please email support@everessentials.store and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, lip products, and personal-care tools cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@everessentials.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.
