SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!

FREE SHIPPING

- Free shipping on all US orders over $30
- Orders under $30 ship for a flat rate of $4.99

PROCESSING TIME

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

DELIVERY TIME

- Standard US shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
- Total delivery time (processing + shipping): 3-7 business days
- Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx (for select locations)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using this number.

ADDRESS ERRORS

- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-shipping

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

- Once delivered (per tracking), Ever Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- We recommend shipping to a secure address (work, locker, etc.) if package theft is a concern in your area

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- High-volume holidays (Black Friday, Christmas)
