At Ever Essentials, we want you to love your products. If you don't, we'll make it right with our 60-day money-back guarantee.

OUR 60-DAY PROMISE

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. We accept returns for any reason — even if you simply changed your mind.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email us at support@everessentials.store with:
   - Your order number
   - The product(s) you'd like to return
   - Reason for return (helps us improve!)
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide
4. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUND CONDITIONS

For a full refund:
- Items should be returned within 60 days of delivery
- Items should be in their original packaging if possible
- Used products are accepted (we know you need to try them to know they work)

REFUND METHOD

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless we sent the wrong item)

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us within 7 days with photos
- We will send a replacement or full refund (no need to return the damaged item)
- We cover return shipping in this case

SALE ITEMS

Sale and promotional items are eligible for refund under the same 60-day policy.

BUNDLE PURCHASES

For bundle purchases, refunds are processed for the full bundle. Partial bundle refunds are not available.
