Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love every Ever Essentials product. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, lip products, and personal-care tools cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email support@everessentials.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.
